2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site. Specifically:

Invitation request — your name, email address, company, job title, LinkedIn profile and any message you include.
Contact form — your name, email address, phone number, company, the subject and the content of your message.

With every submission we also record the IP address it came from and your browser's user-agent string. We use these only to detect and limit automated abuse.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie required for security (it prevents cross-site request forgery).

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We share it only with: our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database; our email provider, which delivers messages we send; and anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@svexecutiveforum.com and we will respond within [PERIOD].
Every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
7. Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Administrator accounts are protected by hashed passwords and rate-limited sign-in. Uploaded files are stored with randomised names and cannot be executed.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
